IF YOU’VE BEEN FEELING OVERTIRED, SLUGGISH, GAINING WEIGHT, OR EXPERIENCING PAIN YOU MIGHT HAVE A FATTY LIVER.  I HAVE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH BLOATING AND ABDOMINAL PAIN.  NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS WRONG, I DECIDED TO GET MY ANNUAL CHECKUP.  IT WAS LONG OVERDUE.  MOST OF MY TEST CAME BACK NORMAL.  BUT MY LIVER NUMBERS WERE HIGH.  I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER TEST IN A FEW MONTHS.  MOST OF MY DIET IS NORMALLY HEALTHY, BUT I’VE BEEN EATING AT MY FAMILYS HOUSE AND THEY AT TIMES COOK WITH IMFLAMATORY SPICES.  I’M NOT SURE BUT THE CHANGE IN MY REGULAR DIET MIGHT HAVE EFFECTED MY LIVER NUMBERS.  I’M NOT A BIG DRINKER SO I WAS RETRACING MY STEPS TO FIND OUT WHY MY NUMBERS WERE OFF. 

I STARTED TO DO MY RESEARCH ON HIGH ALT AND AST NUMBERS.  I WAS GETTING NERVOUS ABOUT MY HEALTH, SO I READ MORE ABOUT FATTY LIVER AND HOW IT EFFECTS OUR HEALTH.  I CAME ACROSS A LOT OF INFORMATION, BUT THIS ONE PRODUCT SPOKE TO ME.  I FELT I COULD RELATE WITH THE WOMEN SELLING THE PRODUCT.  THE FIRST THING I CHANGED WAS MY DIET.  EATING MORE CRUCIFEROUS VEGGETABLES HELPS LOWER INFLAMATION.  I ALSO CUT BACK ON CAFFEINE.  THEY SAY YOU CAN STILL HAVE BLACK COFFEE BUT I’M REPLACING MY COFFEE WITH GREEN OR HERBAL TEAS LIKE DANDELION TEA JUST IN CASE.  I ALSO STARTED WALKING MORE.  WALKING IS A LIGHT EXERCISE THAT WON’T CAUSE ANY ADDITIONAL INFLAMATION.  EVERYDAY I TRY TO GET OUT FOR AT LEAST 25 MINUTES OR MORE ON WEEKENDS.
